By accessing or using Issued ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Issued provides a platform that converts customer support form submissions into GitHub Issues, enabling developers to manage customer support directly within their GitHub workflow. The Service includes:
- Embeddable support forms for multiple platforms
- GitHub integration with automated issue creation
- Two-way email communication between developers and customers
- Project management and analytics
- File upload and attachment handling
- Webhook integrations
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Have a valid GitHub account
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Free Plan: Includes 10 submissions per month with basic features.
Basic Plan: $10/month for 100 submissions with additional features.
Pro Plan: $20/month for unlimited submissions and premium features.
- All paid plans are billed monthly in advance
- You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
- Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
- Share your account credentials with others
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
6. GitHub Integration
By connecting your GitHub account, you grant us permission to:
- Create issues in your selected repositories
- Read issue comments for email synchronization
- Set up and manage webhooks on your repositories
- Access repository metadata and settings
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your GitHub settings or by disconnecting the integration in our dashboard.
7. Content and Data
You retain all rights to content you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and process your data to provide the Service
- Create GitHub issues from form submissions
- Send emails on your behalf to your customers
- Display analytics and usage metrics
We automatically delete submission data after 30 days. You can export your data at any time.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Suspend the Service for emergency maintenance
- Modify or discontinue features with notice
- Impose usage limits to ensure service quality
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all code, designs, logos, and documentation, is owned by Issued and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Defects will be corrected promptly
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Data transmission will be secure or error-free
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISSUED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Issued, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit through the Service
13. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your payment fails
- You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Required by law
Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Issued is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Entire Agreement
